I LOVE this! What a perfect children's book this would make especially with illustrations. I'm keeping this story to read to my grandsons! (If you don't mind). What a lovely piece of work! Thank you for writing this!

Thank you so much! It would be fun with illustrations - just not mine. I can barely manage stick figures. Of course you can read it to your grandsons! If you do, I would appreciate it if you let me know if they like it. We don't have any little ones around, so I don't have anyone to test these types of stories on.

I most certainly will read it to him! My daughter in law is an artist I may get her to do some illustrations! I'll let you know and we'll try to get copies of her drawings to you!! We shall see!
