(something reminded me of him today and i got a little upset and then i got upset for gettin upset about someone who doesnt deserve my thoughts anymore and when i have been doing soo good with moving on.. laura wrote this and it really touched me

sometimes we gotta write everything we are feeling out to take a look at it and be like..wow i am so much better than him and he's a loser. which is contradicting to me cuz sorry but he is my friend. not that we talk ever anyway. but rach, i can't coutn how many times i've been hurt and just taken advantage of by staying with the wrong boy who i thought liked me but now i think i met a good one but... i just remember even if something happens with this one you just gotta love as muchas you can like i'tll never end. and if it does..you can look back and be like..i have no regets b/c i gave my all.. and some day ill meet someone who will give their all for me.

oh..dave might be my friend but..i don't agree with any hurt that he put you through...just so you know
