There is some logic to this. KH 3Ds is coming out in late July, and I am determined to finish the damn fic before it

It sounds so great I cannot wait~ (It was the Phantasmagoria reference that confirmed my buying it, even sans DS, because I loved that game so much even though I never managed to beat it.)

I know how I'd start it, because I've been building up Kairi's father as falling down the 'locking your daughter in a tower to protect her' path that references Sleeping Beauty (hence why Riku knows what's happening, one because he's good at reading darkness and two because he recognizes his adoptive mother's storyline), and I know the penultimate chapter would be Kairi going to Wonderland and falling asleep after going through the mirror into Looking Glass Land, leaving Namine to face the final world, Sleeping Beauty's, on her own; it's just everything in between that would be kind of a pain to get to. Plus I'm really not kidding about the burned out part, regardless of how much I love fairytales and how turning Kairi loose to be the trickster to Sora and Riku's giantkillers would be awesome.
