LJ problemo...

So I'm having trouble with LJ...  actually, for the last 1.5 months, and it seems like LJ staff can't be bothered to help me with this problem. Boooo.........

Basically I don't get any emails sent to my email address linked to this account, notifying me that someone has replied to a comment I made on their LJ post. And now I don't get the

uhm.. go to ur user info --> Journal - viewing options ---> notification and tick the email boxes?

Also, it seems like the report to LJ thing doesn't actually go the staff. The support forums are only based on "user" input, and LJ itself doesn't really bother with it. Faaark.....

Thanks. I've already gone through my hotmail account and made sure I have no filters for anything that resemebles a @livejournal domain. I also don't receive notifications in LJ too, so I suspect it's an LJ problem.
