Are people really that cold? I walked around today in my E² uniform, and I found it only a bit nippy. But everyone else was prepared for nuclear winter. That's regular winter, but nuclear. I do and I need to get some more tape so i can recruit up here. down here i think. I'll try and get some more before I see you. which im presuming i wont be able to do.
