I think this is the whole story. Unless I get an appropriate prompt, I doubt I'll write more kitten!Sam. I just hope this fits the Other - Animal prompt.

I can tell you that, at this point, Dean doesn't know Sam's a kitten and living with Bobby and Crowley. In fact, I don't think Dean knows that Crowley is living there and that he and Bobby are a couple.

Well, there may be more. I don't know. I'd have to work out how and why Sam is a kitten. I have some ideas. And then there's the fact that that 'small' nest ended up bigger then Crowley expected. I mean, a demon as cautious as Crowley making that kind of mistake? Kind of makes one wonder ...
