College... ;) For obvious reasons I haven't really said where she's going. My life is an open book, but her's ... not so much.

Yea we did the drop off last Saturday as well. Hard to believe they are all grown up and going away to college. Fortunately for us, boys are not quite as expensive as girls.

Kaylyn's already leaving PB Teen catalogs on my desk with little notes in them, and we're a year away from dorm-shopping :-p

Tori got the big $199 kit from rhl.com - it came with everything she needs for bed & bath and then we just bought a fridge, lamp, small fan, power cord, etc. Nothing too fancy. We've got to get her in and settled and see the size of the room with her and another person before we do more than that.

I have some problems with heel pain, and it sounds like you have either Plantar Fasciitis or Heel Spurs. Here is some info on them.

I think you're right. *sigh* I remember the last time I was running [right before i hurt my back] my feet would hurt every morning. That's when I stopped going barefoot, ever! I've been going barefoot again, so I guess I'd just better settle into some nice elderly orthodics and deal with it. ;)
