The Secret (I’m told) makes it easy to get what you want, you just have to put it out in the Universe and then, I guess, the Universe is supposed to give it to you. Many trainings have told me that to get what I want I simply need to identify it,

Psst... except perhaps the last two things? I think you don't need a map. You just need to open your eyes; you're already THERE. And I think that getting those last two things (which all involve building your own self-esteem and sense of worth, and I don't think there's a map to those, or maybe you don't need a map, it's less of a journey and more a construction project) will be the key to you seeing the reality that you already have the first four.
