Victorian Maiden skirt-brand new with tags. Asking price $231.00

This is from a 2005 line of victorian maiden, in a beautiful shade of blue. It came with another plain skirt to match, I have no idea how to wear it though.
Metamorphose brown skirt+collar set-Asking price $100
With flash, the skirt is pretty true to color though.
Measurements:
skirt length(including bottom lace):19.5 inches
waist(half elasticated):27.5" max, this is however an amateur measurement and estimated for comfortability. I have a 30" waist and am able to put it on, but it's a little tight.
This is from a happy pack from a few years ago, the skirt has been worn once and the collar is brand new with tags still attached. I'm willing to split it up only if there are buyers interested in both parts.
Angelic Pretty bxw heels-$115
Next I have this older Angelic Pretty bxw shoes! They are slightly damaged with a few marks, not really that noticeable. On the insides of the heel seems to be a bit of leather missing, but it isn't noticeable because it's on the heel. A fall in them has convinced me that heels are not cut out for me! These have been worn twice, and do have some damage if you feel the inside toe area. It came with detachable bows, but I have misplaced them so hence the low price!
