OMG TEH CUUUUUTE!!!
I just spent the last 30 minutes watching a trailer. Yes, you heard (read) correctly. And no, I'm not on mind altering drugs (well, maybe a whisky or two...) But this is a trailer for which I don't care if I ever see the movie. It's that freakin' cool. What trailer, you ask? HAPPY FEET!!!!!!!!!! OMG. Sheer...f***ing...genius! Getting an animated penguin to move like that...OMG. One lady said it reminded her of "the dreadlocked kid from Sesame Street." Okay, first? The dreadlock kid is Savion Glover, talent extraordinaire. Second? That's because the penguin is dancing like the one, the only, the late great Mr. Gregory Hines - young Savion's teacher. bwaindump and I played and rewound the trailer something like a dozen times. When this movie hits theaters? I can't go. I will get us kicked out of the theater. When the wee little penguin does signature GH moves, I just completely lose it! There is no way I can be quiet during this. I must see it at home. ::nods:: So now? We'll be watching White Nights because it has GH and *must remain calm* Mikhail Baryshnikov dancing together!!! I'll be in my bunk.
