30-Day TV-Show Meme - Day 01
Because apparently everybody's doing this meme right now and I have some free time on my hands (or well, I try not to study for uni xD )
Day 01 - A show that should have never been cancelled
Firefly.
That one's easy for me. There are a lot of other shows that have been killed before their time but Firefly is definitely the most hurtful for me.
14 episodes is all we got back in 2003. (And well yeah, a movie and a couple of graphic novels)
I found the DVDs in my video rental store in 2005, read the name Joss Whedon and had to watch them, of course. Loved them, bought them on Amazon and watched them again and again and again.
I think I'll never find a show where I'll love each and every character so much.
And I still miss them all to the point where I want to cry that we didn't get the chance to see more of them :'(
Firefly was also the first TV show that got me into fandom. So it will always have a special place in my heart for that.
And damnit, I WANNA KNOW WHAT SHEPARD BOOK WAS ALL ABOUT!
