Hey,

I read your post on the WWU community.

I too love babies! I made a living with my nanny/babysitting jobs when I lived in Seattle, but I haven't babysat at all here in Bellingham. I signed up for the childcare list the other day by calling the CSWE office, but haven't received any calls. I dodn't like how the profile doesn't show age preference or let you provide your history with childcare. I heard that many of the calls you get for that are temp., one time things.

Are you interested in becoming a teacher? I'm in the Woodring College of Education @ Western to become certified to teach K-8. I 'm working on an endorsement in Early Childhood Education so if I decide to not be a K or 1st grade teacher I might be able to teach at a Preschool. :)

Hiya...I'm actually not planning on teaching...ultimately...I want ot live on a ranch in Montana and raise my own kids...without having to work, but if i do have to work, I plan to give parenting classesa t a local hospital. I am majoring in soc with a focus on family. But I might want to check out a class sometime. If you find anyone who needs a sitter, let me know! Thanks for the reply!
