The problem was that I was leaving home at 5.30am and not getting home until almost 10 most nights. Then the weekends were just me running around either in college or trying to get things done at home. It's the time that physically going to the gym was taking me.
Instead I've decided to play on the Wiifit and take up the 200situps challenge. I'm considering the 100pushups and the 200squats as well. I'm not giving up on getting fit and toning up I'm just planning on changing the location.
