A Virtual Trip to the Zoo

I went to the Roger Williams Park Zoo yesterday, and took a million photos. I really enjoyed it, but kept looking around at all the families, couples, and friends who were at the zoo together. I kept thinking about how much more fun it is to do things like this with friends, and what the hell was I doing there alone? Just spur of the moment zoo-

Wow, that looks like so much fun, I wish I could have gone with you. Thanks for the pictures, very cute.

I also often do things like that by myself; sure sometimes I wish I had someone to share the experience with, but then sometimes I like doing them by myself becuase then I can take as long as I want and do the things I want to do. Also, while it doesn't happen often, sometimes I make new friends when I do things by myself, which is harder to do when you are with people. I think it's sad when people refuse to do things they want to do just because they are afraid to go out without a "support network", or are afraid of looking foolish.
