Sometimes I don't even know how we get along. You know what? We don't. Good luck with your goals. I hope your money and your prestige keeps you warm at night because I certainly won't be. Oh wait...you don't sleep at night.

You think in short term, Adam, it's what you do, and no number of well-written journals will change that fact. This money that you plan to earn in the summer? Where exactly will that take you in your "future"? Hmm? Why don't you do something more productive, something that will actually help you obtain this "future" you so desire. Take a class, do an internship, expand on your skills. How is making a few bucks over the summer and spending it on a laptop that you don't fucking need going to help you in the long-term?

And I'm the queen of losing friends, but let me tell you this...they'll be with you far longer than that money you'll make in the summer. Trust you me.

The future, and doing things that will perpetuate a happier existence for me later, are by far more important than my meager self
