Minor point to notice:
The roundhouse kick towards the end isn't exactly what I'd called "blocked" because the force is mostly dodged. The timing is quite specific there.

I love wing chun and trapping, though I've had only nominal exposure to it.

Yeah trapping is sweet. It's a good example of how technique levels the playing field against strength, speed, reach, etc...
