After experiencing what can charitably be described as a "slight stabbing sensation" at the side of my mouth, and more literally described as "omfg I want to vomit blood nao", I skipped yesterday morning to go to the dentist (I did, however, still arrive before 10am, which shows just how stupidly early I do wake up).

Your poor teeth :(

I had my wisdom teeth out long ago and didn't do well with the anesthetic afterwards. If you're going home after the surgery make sure you have your resting place decked out with a convenient pail in case you're sick, and have tea ready to go and all that. Hopefully there's someone around to take care of you :(
