It's nice to see old-but-good projects like this. You have reminded me, I really should open-source PictureEdit at some point; there is no way I'm going to get around to finishing it.

Yeah. File modification dates say I've not done any work on it since 22nd Feb 2006 and the last compile I made no longer runs because PPC code is no longer supported.

Awesome post. Great to get this insight into some of the things you used to hack, in the way-back-when. I've got a blog post or two of my own in the making, for some point in the future, too!
