I still have many thoughts percolating in my head, and I know I promised that I would have them written out probably about three weeks ago, but I'm waiting on a booklet from Switzerland so that I can reference that as well

I have several booklets from Switzerland! They're in a box, though. I think.

Good to know someone else has as much frustration with their phone company as I do- it's nice to have company. Good luck!
