if worse comes to worse and it gets too hot I put my arm in a posision that no one can see the cut. but that is difficult for some places. luckily I work in doors were the air conditioner is always on so I were my jaket even in summer too(I live Sothern California) when I go out in the sun I just drape my jaket over my arm and it is still hidden. so hasn't been much of a problem to hide. I don't know whatever works for you.gess it also depends on where you like to cut.
