serrated blades just freak me out a little bit. A steak knife? No thank you. Razor blades are definitely preferable.

Yes a steak knife is my preference. Although razorblades are easyer to hide or take with you.

What does that feel like? It seems like it would hurt more, or is that why? Is there a tearing feeling?

It feels good. and I think it is easyer to tell how deap your cutting. Haven't cut with one in a long time but if I were to again I would probably cut with a serrated blade. I don't cut too deap just deap enuf to see some blood. Mybe that has something to do with my preference not sure. I feel more in control with a serrated blade.
