I guess I have to approach this on some level.. but what is the ratio of people who try to kill themselves spectacularly and fail/puss-out and end up killing a bunch of other folks instead to the ones who succeed?

The last few years.. we had that shit-head who derailed the train a few blocks from my apartment.. the guy just last week who blew up the building in New York.. this incident, and I can think of a few others.. and in the success category there was that one airline pilot who took down his plane.. and all his passengers.

Christ, I'm glad you're okay. Worst thing is the guy will likely get off on every count because he's deranged and insane.

I have to agree with shadowolf, what an ass. If yer gonna puss out and kill yourself then at least have the decency to only do yourself in and not try to take others who might have something to live for with you.
