interesting... I had a total opposite reaction than you did... I wished I could put everything on hold and go out and have a snowball fight, homework notwithstanding. :-P

When I saw the first snow. I immediately went outside and stick out my tongue for acid flakes. Then later in the evening I picked up some snowballs and threw it at people. That made my day :o)
