Woke up to disturbing news but now I can't find mention of it online. KNX 1070 was running a notice this morning of a second foiled kidnapping attempt from the streets of Long Beach. If you heard the story and/or can point to an online mention of it, please note it in the comments ( Read more... )

ask akin what types of spray he can get you... he has access to security-grade spray, which is stronger and more effective. I carried one around that could have taken out a small gang of thugs. Until it expired... still need to get a new one... hmm...

Never sure how to catch site of him besides show up at the zoo.

Mebbe we could all coordinate one big massive hang out in SB or down LA/LBC-way?

As long as it's not hella early in the morning, you can always give me a call and I'll come walk with you. I mean, not always, but if I'm available, I'll come walk with you. Safety in numbers and all that. Though I know the pleasure of long solitary walks, so having me along might spoil things. Still, the offer's out there.

heh. I appreciate it but I think my "in time for the train" may be your hella early.
