At a meeting today about r&r I was reminded of the importance of journaling as a way of maintaining a connection. It could ease my fear of Matt feeling like he doesn't know our routine, or knowing what the "invisible rules" are in life with a toddler, you know those triggers that cause meltdowns! So even if he can't see it now, I can record it &

Great thoughts!! I think watching you with her is a good way to learn the "rules and taboos." Even though we had seen her since Matt has (Christmas) I was amazed at how much she had changed. I also learned the hard way that her life is the "here." We will be praying for a wonderful R and R!!!!Love and prayers and misses and kisses, MAMA

She's changed so much since she was here, I don't have anything relevant to add. I thought she still was a perfect angel baby...with the occasional lapse into less than perfect angel baby behavior. But that's the story of my life. (Don't tell Elena, though!)
