Live, L'Arc and fanboys, oh my! ^^b (Part 2 - The Awesome L'Ive)
Back with Part 2...the hard part to write...LOL
here we go...
As I said before, we got our position at Leader side, but to the side a little, row 9. And then...more waiting ^^ The VIP section was filling up fast and before we knew it, lots of people were behind us. I looked behind and saw that some friends that were shorter than I am were behind me. I knew it was their first live and it would be a shame if I obstructed their view so I told them to go in front of me. I even asked a tall guy in front of me if it was ok to let them in front of him, and he stepped aside to let them pass. So nice! The big guy was beside me and my friends were in front of me. My sister was to the right of me, near hyde side LOL but was separated from me by two of my taller friends ^^. It was about 6.30 PM and so we had more than 1 and a half hour to wait @.@. I must admit, all the queuing made my legs sore, and lots of people scrunched up like that made for a very hot wait. I was also feeling pretty tired from lack of sleep and lack of fluid and was really worried, whether or not I would survive the live.
The stage was clearly seen this time, no black curtain to cover it. And with that, we got a distraction from the heat and thirst! It started when we saw Oji-san on stage! My sister, our friend that went to Bangkok and I all called out to him! "OJI-SAN!!!!" xD It caught him off guard and he looked to the crowd. And somehow, that got everyone cheering for him! xD it was just SO COOL!!! He got really embarrassed, smiled this embarrassed smile and walked quickly offstage xP Apparently this caught on with everyone else and whenever a L'Arcrew was seen onstage, the fans would cheer for them! xD
At first they were surprised, but then we spotted Oji-san near the backstage to the side and he pointed to the center of the stage to an unsuspecting younger crew. I'm guessing he told that crew to take a look at something on stage, and so he went there, bent down to take a look and while a confused look on his face started to form we cheered for him! xD of course he got even more surprised, looked to the crowd and got cheered at again xP Oji-san was laughing at that and the young crew rushed backstage xD Oji-san played a trick on him xD
I think our cheering caught the attention of BIG BOSS somehow, because a little while later, he appeared from backstage, but only to the side like he was trying to see what was going on but tried to not be spotted. Well we saw him anyway, and the ones who knew him yelled "Oishi-san!!!" and those that didn't cheered again xP He smiled at that and disappeared backstage, but only to return a little while later at the back of Leader's blue-white-red amps with a camera in hand. Of course we cheered again, and he took some photos of us. He then took out a cell phone and took another photo ^^ KYAAAA!!! we cheered again. He again smiled ^^ I also spotted the pretty L'Arcrew from before, the one with Ciel-chan to the side too and she was grinning as well xD
I felt really proud of the crowd. To me it was a form of appreciation for the L'Arcrew who worked really hard for this live. I hope it was like that for them too :3 We all appreciated what they have done for us *nods*
The cheering died down with lack of L'Arcrew present, and it was only about 7 PM @.@. Another distraction came when local crew started to climb the set up to the side of the stage where the side screens were. It was kinda scary to watch because they had no safety harnesses on. We watched anxiously and it turns out they were pulling off the plastic that covered the screens :3 I guess they were anticipating rain and no rain in sight. Or so we thought...
Just when they had climbed back down, it rained xP* it was a light rain but it was too much rain apparently, because they climbed back up and started to put the plastic covering on it again, to the sound of protest from the crowd. "Leave it off!" some yelled. But no can do. I guess. Unluckily for them, one of the plastic covering actually ripped as they were trying to put it back on. So one climbed back down and tried to piece it together. Lets just say, it was hectic.
Then a voice from a speaker spoke in really awful English to my ears and I only managed to catch "lightning" and "members". Luckily Indonesian followed and they said that if in case of a rainstorm with lightning were to happen, then the L'Arc members will be quickly escorted backstage to safety and they will wait for the storm to die down before continuing the live. Of course everyone thought the same thing after that and lots of guy fans actually yelled "AND WHAT ABOUT US??!!" it was so absurd that everyone laughed at that xP Yeah try to escape a rainstorm while in the venue. would you really give up your place if you were front row? xP
Luckily the rain died down, and fans started to chant 'take it off! take it off!" meaning to take the plastic covering off the screens, and after awhile they did, to us cheering xD
Cheering died down again, and we still had about less than an hour to wait. Some started to sit down, which was a difficult feat since we were all so close together. I didn't sit since it was hard to, but finally I joined them, my legs felt so sore T.T. And then we all had a conversation with the guy fans there. They were so funny and in good spirits and really just so nice. And kinda hentai xD Boys will be boys and all that. That was when I noticed there were lots of guys near us. It was rare in my opinion. I didn't notice just how many guys were there until I actually saw a few fancams LOL.
After awhile I felt really bad for sitting and making it even more scrunched up then before so I stood up. Oji-san and crew could be seen on stage again, final checks of everything on stage I think. And to our great delight, the familiar sound of the opening video started up!!
Cheering again, this time louder than ever before filled the venue. I have seen the opening video of course but it didn't take away the awe I felt as I watched it. Everyone cheered seeing the WT logo, and when 'Jakarta' showed up on the screen, and of course when the names of the members were shown. Excitement was building and I can just feel it ready to explode! wonderful hyde-eyes shown again took my breath away and when he punched the screen everyone applauded. And then the piano sounds for the intro to Ibara no Namida.
Saw the members making their way to their spot, it was still dark so I couldn't see very well what they had on. And then sweet hyde voice was heard... the audience instantly sang with him, trying to be as sweet as hyde but kinda failing xD and lights came on when the song intensified. Got the first shock of the live when I saw Leader in off-white!! KYAAA!! White prince!! His outfit was loose and kinda rippled with the slight wind blowing. He had the right side of his hair up using ORANGE pins xP and ehem... the tank top he wore underneath the shirt had a VERY LOW neck line revealing an oh so wonderful chest @.@. ... *gets my mind out of the gutter* ok now...where were we? xD
Managed to pry my eyes off of him to check out what everyone else had on xD first noticed the multi-color tank top yukkie wore revealing his white skin and rippling arm and shoulder muscles @.@ just...wow... and then my eyes actually fell to ken-chan who was all bling-bling with this white outer jacket that shimmered in the lighting. AND, he had no sunglasses on, to my great pleasure! Opposite of Bangkok!! And of course last but not least, hyde in his braids and ... standard outfit LOL, although I must admit, the semi-transparent long tank top he had on clung to his body very nicely xP and of course he had the short jacket on that can be slid down to reveal his delicious left shoulder xP
I sound like I'm talking about food xD
And the most obvious thing you can see was... THEY WERE ALL SO GENKI!!! OMG! I had trouble deciding who I wanted to focus on! ken-chan was going crazy with his hair flips and guitar motions, and duck facing xP while Leader was moving to the music while fingers flying on his bass, and he was looking at the crowd, I think maybe surprised at everyone singing along as if everyone knows the lyrics xP At the end of Ibara no Namida he made this odd but really extravagant arm movement, and my brain was trying to process what it meant, o.O but then realizing that it was actually him trying get us to be even more loud and excited!
One thing I should point out here beforehand. I always had the impression that L'Arc members didn't like it when fans sing along with hyde. Maybe because that means hyde's voice is drowned out and even the instruments can't be heard enough. I guess I got this impression watching DVDs of lives in Japan where the fans don't really sing with them unless it's called for, like in MHDAD. That's why in previous lives when I wanted to sing with them, I just mouth it so I won't disturb the fans near me.
But to my great surprise, all through out the live all the members *minus yukkie* kept motioning to us to sing along and be loud! Leader kept making these big arm motions o.O it's nothing I have ever seen before and took me by surprise. He also held his hand/hands behind his ears and leaned out into the crowd when he wanted to hear us more or when we weren't loud enough. ken-chan also motioned to us when he's not playing his guitar. Smiling at all of us when he hears us singing and nodding and pointing. It was such a sight to see. And of course hyde would hold out his mic to us and nodding and gave us encouraging smiles when he hears us sing. It was just so wonderful!! Of course I wasn't the type of fan to let them down xP and so I sang my heart out at practically every song xP
I remember getting annoyed at all the singing around me in Bangkok, but this time I was actually so happy to hear everyone sing along, especially since it looks like it's making the boys happy as well. I can tell you this, my voice is still not the same now, 3 day after the live xP I sang and yelled a lot during this live and I lost my voice the next day xD
ahh..not gonna go by song in this 'report' because I don't remember where everything went xD Just gonna point out what I noticed during the live.
Another thing I noticed during this particular live is how intimate it was... I mean, who would have thought that a live outdoors, standing and filled with 10 thousand rowdy fans could turn out intimate LOL, but it was! I noticed how hyde, tetsuya and ken all made an effort to go to the edge of the stage and stare down at all of us often! and although the stage was obviously bigger, but somehow the space in between the stage and front fences felt...closer...I'm sure it wasn't but it just felt like that. Perhaps because the stage was higher? It looked like they were towering over us and achieved a closer feel.
I of course felt like Leader was towering over me when he stepped on those big boxes in front of him *what are they called again?* and I got a full body view once again. Genki Leader :3 He also often went to the very edge of the stage and kinda put his foot out over the edge like he does in NEXUS4 PV. I got a clear view of his brown boots xP AND, it seems like he actually looks at individual fans and not just randomly sweeping the crowd. I think he noticed my banana headband in the beginning of the live xP noticed a little smile come to his face ^^
hyde also moved a lot on stage. Often moving to the side but stopping right in front of me and turning back xD Of course he also visited the side stages where I would lose sight of him. But at one point, by chance I had my attention on him when he was at the side stage near to me *or Leader side* and he actually stepped off the stage and onto a lower part where the lights were. It was like he wanted to get even closer, and I actually thought he wanted to jump to the crowd xP It was probably just my imagination but he was leaning out to the fans there and smiling.
and ken...@.@ OMG all those moves he made... he was jumping around with his guitar, belting up awesome guitar notes while flipping his hair and making these semi headbang moves with his head *dunno how to explain it o.O*, and he did the cool cable flip again during HONEY I think, the one that looks like the "S" PV. I dunno if it was intentional LOL or is it always the habit of the cable to get tangled during HONEY xD
He was just so genki that night it took my breath away. I was so grateful for it, since I didn't get genki ken-chan in Bangkok.
and yukkie!! you would think it was just normal yukkie like in every live, but I noticed how he likes to headbang to his drum beats in some songs that I didn't think he would. I think it was during XXX that he was moving his head with extra..uh..vigor? o.O while hitting his drums. It was great to see yukkie more animated than usual, or it seems to me at least LOL
I'm sure everyone has seen all the fancams, so I won't go into a lot of descriptions on the MCs xP but hearing hyde say "Kami L'Arc~en~Ciel"...it made my heart stop for a moment...and I thought OMG... this dream....hearing him and of course the other members speak Indonesian... them actually being here! I just felt so touched...of course hyde trying to be sexy by repeating the "Aku juga" in a sexy raspy voice actually made me laugh xD it was just adorable ^^
A funny thing I remember was during REVELATION when it was just starting and we were yelling the standard "WHOY" and hyde actually sat down in front of yukkie xP I would have thought he would be standing trying to get us to be louder, but no, he sat xP and then he pointed the mic at us with a loose grip and moving his wrists lazily still sitting and mouthing the "WHOY" with us but doing it with this weird look on his face, rolling his eyes at us. I dunno how to explain it!! xD it was hilarious! I was LMAO watching him. Of course once the song got underway he was his usual self xP
Another special moment, I don't remember which song *headdesks* when Leader had his left foot up on one of those big boxes, but he was crouching..so his left leg was especially bent. He was wearing off white like I said...and I can kinda see the outline of his thigh xD it looked particularly odd because I haven't seen that move before xD. I saw he actually sat on one of the big boxes during the SG live, but this time it was something different xD
Another thing I noticed was ken-chan during a particular song, don't remember which *again*, but he was standing at the edge of the stage, a little bit to the center and he was playing his guitar as usual, but every time he had a break in between playing he would look to our side o.O it repeated like that for almost all of the song @.@ I mean seriously, when he played he would look down and forward, but then when there was a little break he would lift his head and look in our direction and flashed us weird expressions on his face. I was bewildered. I even said out loud "what the hell is going on with ken-chan?" no one answered me though xD
I should point out here that I got separated somehow from my sister. I was actually in front, possibly 5th row and I had no idea how I got there. It was like the people in front of me just vanished. Two of my shorter friends that was right in front of me was still in front of me but to the side a little and we were all closer o.O Maybe all the dancing and jumping kinda pushed us forward. I also noticed that a big guy was behind me. Didn't turn around to see him, but I heard his voice from behind and above me xP I dunno maybe I was unintentionally pushed by him?
The stage darkened for Hitomi no Juunin and I remembered it was ken-chan that sat down first followed by hyde and his lady hat xD and tetsuya. I heard guys behind me saying excitedly "Sell my Soul!!" when they saw that they were sitting LOL if only...hahahaha! no can do guys, it's Hitomi no Juunin. Well they were far from disappointed because they instantly sang with hyde again xD I noticed how Leader mouthed the lyrics with hyde <3 I love when he does that.. see his lips move... ok... xD ken-chan was moving extra-ly *LOL I'm making my own word* during this song, considering it's a slow song and at the end he duck faced in our direction xP I grinned. ok ken... hahahaha. Leader had his bass standing on his thigh at the end of the song and kept it there, and they all stayed put until they heard the intro for XXX. Then they all got up and I saw Leader trade his ESP with the red LED lights flashing, with his ZON...with the red LED lights flashing xP
I always love X X X live and this time it was English version, just like CHASE :3..uh...singing the lyrics with hyde kinda got me horny...ok well maybe not really but it just felt weird xD hyde of course didn't disappoint us and had his sexy moves on to the max like usual :3 oh yes and of course I have to mention the pose he held at the end of the song where he was facing the side but his head was turned to us and he had the hand facing us on his hips xP and of course he had his duck face on sexily xP
ken-chan guitar screamed for fate and I screamed with it xP OMG I got to hear it 3 times this year!! My fave live song! Of course once again ken-chan had my full attention. Not just for this song, but for a lot of other songs in the setlist, there are always ken-chan improvs here and there during his solos, and even in other parts of a song. I noticed that not just ken-chan, but they all added a little bit of something to the arrangements of the songs usually played so that it's a little bit different. Examples of this is STAY AWAY and Link. Those that watched fancams would know I guess if they payed attention ^^ I had no doubt in my mind that this live would be on a DVD due to these little changes, and of course all the cameras xD
Forbidden lover...OMG where to start... for one thing the stage looked wonderful during this song! Fire behind yukkie!! xD and hyde... I know everyone already knows that he cried during this song, and cried he did @.@ he actually scared me. I remember looking hard for tears in his eyes in Bangkok, but I didn't need to here. He was all teary eyed even in the beginning of the song, and halfway through the song tears were free flowing down his face. He covered his eyes with his gloved hands longer than usual I thought and it just looked like he was in turmoil or something I dunno... T.T It was... emotional. Right after the song he turned to go backstage and oddly Leader followed him. I think they were there for a long time, during ken-chan solo for MHDAD.
Now ken-chan solo just blew me away!! It was wonderful and the blue hue of the lighting on him made it extra dramatic! When normally fans would sing along to the 'yume wo egaku yo~" only, not in Jakarta xP hyde's part, backing vocals, all of it was sung together with the fan xP it was nice actually ^^ During 'yume wo egaku yo' they showed the fans singing on the giant screen and I tried to spot myself and failed xP but it was such a nice sentiment :3
ken MC... OMG DO I REALLY NEED TO SAY HOW ADORABLE IT ALL WAS???? xD I noticed he had two bags with him...although I could be wrong, and since he was all the way over there I couldn't see what was written but I noticed a big box sticking out of one bag xD His Indonesian was so cute!! And some of the things he said I kinda had to think twice or three times to understand xP I don't blame him at all because they weren't everyday words xD I mean..."ganjalan" and "gamelan"??? hahahaha!
The best part of the MC for me was when he had already given the bags to hyde and hyde was trying to open it to our chants of "open it! open it!" and of course ken didn't understand xD and then he said the contents and then moved closer to hyde again. I JUST KNEW that the next things to happen would be ultra-adorable xP and it was!! I loved the part when hyde took out the gameran in the wrong way and ken-chan saw and yelled "AHHHH!!" and the metal pieces of the instruments fell xP I can actually hear the 'tring tring' sound of the pieces as it fell xP of course because of this we had extra adorable stuff to see with extra time for the MC xD.
And hyde kinda pouting and flicking the suling when he failed at blowing it xP SO CUTE!!! I noticed Leader moving closer to us in front of me with his bass hanging on him and a cute smile on his face as he was watching his guitarist and singer doing adorable stuff xP I wasn't the only one and some of us called him ^^v He turned to us and smiled and then faced back to center stage to watch again LOL. My eyes moved to yukkie for a few seconds and he also had this small smile on his face as well xD Guess he couldn't take the adorableness too xP And then I focused back to center stage as well and saw that ken and hyde had stood up again and ken moved to his mic and promised us he would make hyde practice the suling and gamelan xP Can't wait to hear it xD. He stumbled on a few words again, which I LOVE!! It's a MUST for ken MC xD I like how he "ah, chigau" and "are~~" xP
Driver's High was another unforgettable song in this live for me xD I saw ken-chan run past me xP and hyde moving towards ken's side stage...and few seconds later Leader followed him xD While hyde headed straight for it, Leader kinda did it in steps...xD he ended up between the side stage and the stage and I saw hyde head back towards the stage and pass Leader from behind. I think...he was expecting hyde to approach him and when hyde didn't he turned around to find where he went. hyde saw that and finally put his elbow on Leader's shoulder from the other side xP It was too cute honestly xD
They sang together of course and since they were far away from me I turned to the screen nearest me ^^ and noticed ken-chan was rocking out in front of the screen! :3 It was then that I noticed the shiny patches on his pants xP ken-chan loves sparkly stuff too LOL Again I was forced to choose between genki ken-chan and haitsu xD but I finally just looked to the screen where I can see both LOL. hyde actually patted Leader on the head before leaving him to pay a visit to the other side of the stage :3 He ended up to the left of me a little bit and when the "mou kazoeru kurai de~" part came up he pointed the mic to the fans!!! OMG! my brain flashed back to seeing hyde do this on USTREAM and remember feeling really envious of the fans there, but there we were with that same opportunity!! hyde even let us sing the "kakedashite" part too with him stamping his feet to yukkie drums xP ahh...felt wonderful LOL
STAY AWAY was also extra special. Leader was right in front of me during his banana play, and I felt he was really close. I think it was during this song that his exposed chest caught my attention..xP It was glistening with sweat...and just really really soft looking...*need to stop this...xD* Also special because the guy fans actually started going "WHOY!" again during the first guitar part of the song xD definitely something different there xD Lots of Leader arm motioning in this one too, he wants us LOUD for this song and he went crazy on his bass *O* Of course honestly though, he didn't need to try too hard to rile us up, because this song is so popular here and so much fun live! :3
I remember I got really breathless during this song due to all the singing and clapping and jumping, I was so thirsty, but they didn't let us rest because RSG came on right after! Extra breathless with surprise when fireworks shot up into the sky! It looked great! and then I saw Leader approaching the edge of the stage in front of me through the smoke...and yeah...it didn't help catch my breath xD ok so I was breathless but that didn't stop me from yelling and singing along anyway LOL Couldn't miss that chance, whatever happens next. And hyde's "Jekardah!!" in his raspy male voice was just EPIC xD
LONG yukkie drum solo followed and we were doing the HEY! again with his drumming when suddenly we switched with "yukkie!!! yukkie!!" I saw him smile his special smile hearing that! aww!! >.< We continued with the yukkie chanting even though he switched drumming patterns and tried to keep following him, and maybe he felt sorry for us? so he slowed down his drumming to accompany OUR chanting! xD it was too cool!! well at least I think that was what he was trying to do xD He ended the drum solo by standing up and staring us down for a few milliseconds, then he turned around and went back stage.
The encore started with yells of "water!!" from a lot of the guys. I guess I wasn't the only one dehydrated @.@ I looked to the crew standing in front and realized I can actually see the fence in front of me! wait a minute! I counted heads and realized I was in row 3 xD Looked back to my sister and our friend gave me the thumbs up sign and said "wow, great job" LOL All I could do was shrug at her and said I had no idea how I ended up there xD No wonder Leader looked so close @.@
The screens started showing the STAY AWAY robots doing the wave and we tried to follow it with yells of "wooooo!!"...since I was in front I don't know if the waves succeeded or not. After awhile the screens remained dark. And singing started up to the right of me. Anata. We all tried to follow it and sang the "mune ni~" part, but after awhile we realized we weren't singing in sync LOL. We were filmed anyway and so we kept going.
A slight drizzle started to fall during our singing, and I lifted my VIP towel to my head so my glasses wouldn't get wet. I couldn't resist looking up to the sky to see if the rain would get any bigger and was awed how the rain looked so beautiful. The lyrics showed up on the screen with piano accompaniment and we finally were able to sing together LOL. Like Bangkok they shone the spotlight above the fans. Unlike Bangkok, the stage wasn't fully dark and I could see the boys already standing there listening to us sing. I saw that Leader and hyde had changed, with Leader wearing a shirt with the same color as the previous outfit with the buttons unbuttoned to his chest xP. hyde also changed to a white lacy shirt. I think ken and yukkie had the same thing on.
And then the song really started and we still sang along waving our lightsticks in the rain. I wonder what the boys thought about that... I wonder if they thought of Ajinomoto like I did :3. Anata in the rain was beautiful, and the disco ball spinning reflecting light accentuated the beauty. The screens showed blue light moving towards the disco ball like it was actually pulling the blue light into it...and by the end of the song, the screen turned all white...and the disco ball seemed like it was part of the white screen...it was truly truly beautiful...
The rain ceased to fall after Anata, and a familiar drum pattern started to play and we all went crazy!! The Fourth Avenue Cafe!! L'Arc really did their research for Jakarta xD This song is probably the answer to the question "which song introduced you to Laruku?" when asked to L'Arc fans in Indonesia. Rurouni Kenshin is crazily popular here. Of course we all started jumping and singing along with hyde. We must sound so happy singing it, because hyde pointed the mic to us again to sing without him xP.
One epic thing that happened that I am sure would never happen anywhere else was when hyde walked to the side stage on my side and saw 2 local crew trying to fix something about the screen there. hyde had this mischievous smile on his face and he put his arm on one of the crew xP WTH did that guy dream the night before to be touched by hyde?!!! Ehem...and I am sure he doesn't even know how lucky he was xD
It was also during this song that once again I found Leader right in front of me, towering over me and he looked SO CLOSE O.O I waved my mukimpo gun at him in that moment and he actually looked down at it and grinned in that way he does... My heart skipped a beat and I heard my sister yell "he saw it!!!" ok so I didn't imagine it hahahaha. My tiredness evaporated right there and there and I was on cloud L' at that moment ^^v.
Link didn't bring me down to earth xD It made me jumpy and happy LOL. And an extra prize for me, as hyde was heading towards the side stage near me, I managed to see his left nipple xP I think it was during this song LOL I was probably late spotting it as everyone else probably already had, but I saw it so there xP
Link stopped in a weird way for Leader MC, I noticed right away. One of the changes they did. But I had my eyes on Leader as he picked up his banana basket and took one out. "Seramat Maram!!!" KYAAAA!!! xD "Gua SUJU dari KOREA!" BOOOOO!!!! hahahaha! "OOPS!!" *messed up the left side of his hair with a cute expression on his face* I died of cuteness overload xD "Maaf gua salah!!!" *Sorry I was wrong* "Suaranya mara???" o.O???? "Suaranya mara???" o.O...*brain clicked...Suaranya mana....I think he read the letter wrong, 'n' not 'r' xD but it was too cute!!! xD
"Apakah kamu mau pisang gua????" "Apakah kamu mau pisang gua???" MAU!!!!!!!!!! xD I felt it was weird that they didn't include 'makan' or 'eat' but oh well xD "atau...." "Apakah kamu mau jilat lollipop gua????" SQUEEEEE!! Mau dua2nya!!!! *I want both xP* Of course he threw both way over my head >.>
His slip on the word "diteruskan" was just so funny and cute I practically died another cute overload death xD He managed to say it the first time, but failed for the second and third try and then just gave up xP. He smiled this really wide smile and nodded his head mouthing 'OK' too us that were still laughing LOL. I saw him look at yukkie and mouth "one, two, three" and they started up Link again ^^
I knew the live was coming to an end and after Link the stage lights dimmed. To my surprise the people around me started chanting "Blurry Eyes! Blurry Eyes!" I joined in anyway hoping for an extra song xD I had Ibara no Namida on AYR Disc 2 on my mind and knew it was possible so why not now. I think I saw hyde looking at Leader and ken-chan actually started to play some notes from the guitar. Not sure if it was Blurry Eyes or not, but sadly they didn't continue, and eventually the chanting died down. Aww... later I realized it wouldn't be possible..not that particular song anyway, because they needed a backing song track accompaniment to be able to play it. Oh well.
hyde mic in hand thanked us in Indonesian, and asked if we were happy ^^ his "Aku juga" was really cute this time LOL "kami datang ke Indonesia lagi!" the venue exploded xD YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! "ini lagu terakhir.." NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xD
and Niji started, and I got choked up. Oddly I didn't cry at all during this live. I felt choked up a couple of times, but no tears. Now I can say I wasn't totally sure I was actually there...actually at a L'Arc concert in my own country.. it was like a dream for me, it didn't seem real...it all flew by so fast...and we got such a great live it was so hard to believe!!! Of course we sang this last song together with hyde too.
And when it was time for the feathers to fall...it came late...xD and the feathers that reached the stage were just parts of feathers... o.O not whole feathers. I found it weird and I think hyde did too, because he was looking for it too hahahaha! So only the people to the side got feathers, I dunno how that could be xD The song ended and I saw yukkie head backstage. Usually ken was next to go backstage and I searched for him and saw him bend down and hand a pick to someone in the audience! LUCKY!! whoever he/she is ^^ Leader threw a pick too if I'm not mistaken and then head backstage and hand his bass to a crew waiting. ken was gone and only hyde was left. He blew kisses again and thanked us again and said they will be back, again. Heart flutters for me and I desperately hope they will. Then he waved to us and headed backstage as well.
A few seconds later Leader ran out and threw bananas everywhere EXCEPT near where I was T.T he sprayed a lot with his sparkly mukimpo gun and..the last spray was in my direction and I felt a drop of it on my face!! KYAAAA!! a drop is still mukimpo holy water! LOL *me dork I know*
He saved the last banana for center stage and made a big show of taking a few steps backwards. Of course we couldn't stay quiet and again chanting started. "tetsuya! tetsuya!" The chanting started just as he was gonna throw the banana but he kept the banana a little longer xD he grinned at us, and took a few steps backward again, and finally hurled the banana far.
He then reached his mic stand and said thank you to us :3 he then looked down at his cheat sheet xD and said "sampai ketemu ama gua lagi!!" then "matta ne!!!!" of course I yelled it back at him with what was left of my voice xD As he turned back to go backstage I heard whistles from different parts of the venue and knew it was the cue to start singing BLESS. But my mind was a total blank and I forgot where to start. Luckily I heard some people sing it and I started singing with them from "kimi e to, yume wa ima~" we actually got to sing it although I don't think it caught on to every part of the venue. But I know most of us in front joined in, and I saw the camera recording us! And that was when I realized I had ended up in second row by the end of the live xP We repeated the verse several times and then it died down and people really started to leave the venue.
I went to my sister and she was in tears. And somehow that made me in tears. So I cried after the live when it was over. It turned out though that she was crying from pain, because her back hurt. She had been having problems with her back and standing for a long time really took it's toll. She actually lied down near the VIP fence to straighten her back and a friend of hers gave her a back massage. When she was feeling better we took photos again in front of the stage. And then security told us to leave and so we did. But we managed to say goodbye to Oji-san before we went.
Once outside the VIP section, we separated, I went to get our goods from @anndoesu's car while I told her to stay near the gates with her friends and rest. Was greeted with a sea of people leaving too. So it took awhile to get to her car, but when we got there we realized she wasn't there yet xP ok... hahahaha. So we all sat down and fangirled in front of her car xP We were really loud I guess. But we were all ecstatic! I congratulated my friends on their first live :3 and @anndoesu still didn't come xP My sister actually reached us first, saying that her friends had to leave. So we fangirled some more and finally we see her head our way xP And again we fangirled hahahaha! With everyone we saw, we repeated the discussion xD
But it was getting really late and we decided to walk to catch a taxi. Got home about 12.30 and then changed clothes and fangirled some more! My aunt was still up, surprisingly, and ended up surprising my sister when she came out with a chocolate cake with her name on it!! It was her birthday! May 3rd. And she got the best present, L'Arc :3 We sang her happy birthday and she cut the cake ^^ considering we didn't eat much before the concert, the cake tasted heavenly! xP and then my aunt left us to fangirl again xD We discussed EVERYTHING, what each of us saw and compared stories! Sharing a L'Ive felt absolutely GREAT! It was like we were reliving the live again. We ended up going to bed at 4 AM. Tired but very very happy ^^

What can I say? This has been such a wonderful year. From May 2011 to May 2012, I felt that I reached full circle. We went to Japan to see them, and they came to our country and we saw them here. Everything is so perfect. Dreams came true this year. I was able to share the whole experience with my sister, and that feels really great too.
I know after this World Tour, they will go back to solo. So I, like everyone else will not know when exactly we will see them again. I hope I do get the chance to see them again in the near future, and if not, then I will make L'25 a goal. I hope I can go with my sister again and maybe even the friends I spent these last few days with too... it would be awesome ^^
Lets all have more L'Dreams to achieve in the future. I know I will always love them.

here we go...
As I said before, we got our position at Leader side, but to the side a little, row 9. And then...more waiting ^^ The VIP section was filling up fast and before we knew it, lots of people were behind us. I looked behind and saw that some friends that were shorter than I am were behind me. I knew it was their first live and it would be a shame if I obstructed their view so I told them to go in front of me. I even asked a tall guy in front of me if it was ok to let them in front of him, and he stepped aside to let them pass. So nice! The big guy was beside me and my friends were in front of me. My sister was to the right of me, near hyde side LOL but was separated from me by two of my taller friends ^^. It was about 6.30 PM and so we had more than 1 and a half hour to wait @.@. I must admit, all the queuing made my legs sore, and lots of people scrunched up like that made for a very hot wait. I was also feeling pretty tired from lack of sleep and lack of fluid and was really worried, whether or not I would survive the live.
The stage was clearly seen this time, no black curtain to cover it. And with that, we got a distraction from the heat and thirst! It started when we saw Oji-san on stage! My sister, our friend that went to Bangkok and I all called out to him! "OJI-SAN!!!!" xD It caught him off guard and he looked to the crowd. And somehow, that got everyone cheering for him! xD it was just SO COOL!!! He got really embarrassed, smiled this embarrassed smile and walked quickly offstage xP Apparently this caught on with everyone else and whenever a L'Arcrew was seen onstage, the fans would cheer for them! xD
At first they were surprised, but then we spotted Oji-san near the backstage to the side and he pointed to the center of the stage to an unsuspecting younger crew. I'm guessing he told that crew to take a look at something on stage, and so he went there, bent down to take a look and while a confused look on his face started to form we cheered for him! xD of course he got even more surprised, looked to the crowd and got cheered at again xP Oji-san was laughing at that and the young crew rushed backstage xD Oji-san played a trick on him xD
I think our cheering caught the attention of BIG BOSS somehow, because a little while later, he appeared from backstage, but only to the side like he was trying to see what was going on but tried to not be spotted. Well we saw him anyway, and the ones who knew him yelled "Oishi-san!!!" and those that didn't cheered again xP He smiled at that and disappeared backstage, but only to return a little while later at the back of Leader's blue-white-red amps with a camera in hand. Of course we cheered again, and he took some photos of us. He then took out a cell phone and took another photo ^^ KYAAAA!!! we cheered again. He again smiled ^^ I also spotted the pretty L'Arcrew from before, the one with Ciel-chan to the side too and she was grinning as well xD
I felt really proud of the crowd. To me it was a form of appreciation for the L'Arcrew who worked really hard for this live. I hope it was like that for them too :3 We all appreciated what they have done for us *nods*
The cheering died down with lack of L'Arcrew present, and it was only about 7 PM @.@. Another distraction came when local crew started to climb the set up to the side of the stage where the side screens were. It was kinda scary to watch because they had no safety harnesses on. We watched anxiously and it turns out they were pulling off the plastic that covered the screens :3 I guess they were anticipating rain and no rain in sight. Or so we thought...
Just when they had climbed back down, it rained xP* it was a light rain but it was too much rain apparently, because they climbed back up and started to put the plastic covering on it again, to the sound of protest from the crowd. "Leave it off!" some yelled. But no can do. I guess. Unluckily for them, one of the plastic covering actually ripped as they were trying to put it back on. So one climbed back down and tried to piece it together. Lets just say, it was hectic.
Then a voice from a speaker spoke in really awful English to my ears and I only managed to catch "lightning" and "members". Luckily Indonesian followed and they said that if in case of a rainstorm with lightning were to happen, then the L'Arc members will be quickly escorted backstage to safety and they will wait for the storm to die down before continuing the live. Of course everyone thought the same thing after that and lots of guy fans actually yelled "AND WHAT ABOUT US??!!" it was so absurd that everyone laughed at that xP Yeah try to escape a rainstorm while in the venue. would you really give up your place if you were front row? xP
Luckily the rain died down, and fans started to chant 'take it off! take it off!" meaning to take the plastic covering off the screens, and after awhile they did, to us cheering xD
Cheering died down again, and we still had about less than an hour to wait. Some started to sit down, which was a difficult feat since we were all so close together. I didn't sit since it was hard to, but finally I joined them, my legs felt so sore T.T. And then we all had a conversation with the guy fans there. They were so funny and in good spirits and really just so nice. And kinda hentai xD Boys will be boys and all that. That was when I noticed there were lots of guys near us. It was rare in my opinion. I didn't notice just how many guys were there until I actually saw a few fancams LOL.
After awhile I felt really bad for sitting and making it even more scrunched up then before so I stood up. Oji-san and crew could be seen on stage again, final checks of everything on stage I think. And to our great delight, the familiar sound of the opening video started up!!
Cheering again, this time louder than ever before filled the venue. I have seen the opening video of course but it didn't take away the awe I felt as I watched it. Everyone cheered seeing the WT logo, and when 'Jakarta' showed up on the screen, and of course when the names of the members were shown. Excitement was building and I can just feel it ready to explode! wonderful hyde-eyes shown again took my breath away and when he punched the screen everyone applauded. And then the piano sounds for the intro to Ibara no Namida.
Saw the members making their way to their spot, it was still dark so I couldn't see very well what they had on. And then sweet hyde voice was heard... the audience instantly sang with him, trying to be as sweet as hyde but kinda failing xD and lights came on when the song intensified. Got the first shock of the live when I saw Leader in off-white!! KYAAA!! White prince!! His outfit was loose and kinda rippled with the slight wind blowing. He had the right side of his hair up using ORANGE pins xP and ehem... the tank top he wore underneath the shirt had a VERY LOW neck line revealing an oh so wonderful chest @.@. ... *gets my mind out of the gutter* ok now...where were we? xD
Managed to pry my eyes off of him to check out what everyone else had on xD first noticed the multi-color tank top yukkie wore revealing his white skin and rippling arm and shoulder muscles @.@ just...wow... and then my eyes actually fell to ken-chan who was all bling-bling with this white outer jacket that shimmered in the lighting. AND, he had no sunglasses on, to my great pleasure! Opposite of Bangkok!! And of course last but not least, hyde in his braids and ... standard outfit LOL, although I must admit, the semi-transparent long tank top he had on clung to his body very nicely xP and of course he had the short jacket on that can be slid down to reveal his delicious left shoulder xP
I sound like I'm talking about food xD
And the most obvious thing you can see was... THEY WERE ALL SO GENKI!!! OMG! I had trouble deciding who I wanted to focus on! ken-chan was going crazy with his hair flips and guitar motions, and duck facing xP while Leader was moving to the music while fingers flying on his bass, and he was looking at the crowd, I think maybe surprised at everyone singing along as if everyone knows the lyrics xP At the end of Ibara no Namida he made this odd but really extravagant arm movement, and my brain was trying to process what it meant, o.O but then realizing that it was actually him trying get us to be even more loud and excited!
One thing I should point out here beforehand. I always had the impression that L'Arc members didn't like it when fans sing along with hyde. Maybe because that means hyde's voice is drowned out and even the instruments can't be heard enough. I guess I got this impression watching DVDs of lives in Japan where the fans don't really sing with them unless it's called for, like in MHDAD. That's why in previous lives when I wanted to sing with them, I just mouth it so I won't disturb the fans near me.
But to my great surprise, all through out the live all the members *minus yukkie* kept motioning to us to sing along and be loud! Leader kept making these big arm motions o.O it's nothing I have ever seen before and took me by surprise. He also held his hand/hands behind his ears and leaned out into the crowd when he wanted to hear us more or when we weren't loud enough. ken-chan also motioned to us when he's not playing his guitar. Smiling at all of us when he hears us singing and nodding and pointing. It was such a sight to see. And of course hyde would hold out his mic to us and nodding and gave us encouraging smiles when he hears us sing. It was just so wonderful!! Of course I wasn't the type of fan to let them down xP and so I sang my heart out at practically every song xP
I remember getting annoyed at all the singing around me in Bangkok, but this time I was actually so happy to hear everyone sing along, especially since it looks like it's making the boys happy as well. I can tell you this, my voice is still not the same now, 3 day after the live xP I sang and yelled a lot during this live and I lost my voice the next day xD
ahh..not gonna go by song in this 'report' because I don't remember where everything went xD Just gonna point out what I noticed during the live.
Another thing I noticed during this particular live is how intimate it was... I mean, who would have thought that a live outdoors, standing and filled with 10 thousand rowdy fans could turn out intimate LOL, but it was! I noticed how hyde, tetsuya and ken all made an effort to go to the edge of the stage and stare down at all of us often! and although the stage was obviously bigger, but somehow the space in between the stage and front fences felt...closer...I'm sure it wasn't but it just felt like that. Perhaps because the stage was higher? It looked like they were towering over us and achieved a closer feel.
I of course felt like Leader was towering over me when he stepped on those big boxes in front of him *what are they called again?* and I got a full body view once again. Genki Leader :3 He also often went to the very edge of the stage and kinda put his foot out over the edge like he does in NEXUS4 PV. I got a clear view of his brown boots xP AND, it seems like he actually looks at individual fans and not just randomly sweeping the crowd. I think he noticed my banana headband in the beginning of the live xP noticed a little smile come to his face ^^
hyde also moved a lot on stage. Often moving to the side but stopping right in front of me and turning back xD Of course he also visited the side stages where I would lose sight of him. But at one point, by chance I had my attention on him when he was at the side stage near to me *or Leader side* and he actually stepped off the stage and onto a lower part where the lights were. It was like he wanted to get even closer, and I actually thought he wanted to jump to the crowd xP It was probably just my imagination but he was leaning out to the fans there and smiling.
and ken...@.@ OMG all those moves he made... he was jumping around with his guitar, belting up awesome guitar notes while flipping his hair and making these semi headbang moves with his head *dunno how to explain it o.O*, and he did the cool cable flip again during HONEY I think, the one that looks like the "S" PV. I dunno if it was intentional LOL or is it always the habit of the cable to get tangled during HONEY xD
He was just so genki that night it took my breath away. I was so grateful for it, since I didn't get genki ken-chan in Bangkok.
and yukkie!! you would think it was just normal yukkie like in every live, but I noticed how he likes to headbang to his drum beats in some songs that I didn't think he would. I think it was during XXX that he was moving his head with extra..uh..vigor? o.O while hitting his drums. It was great to see yukkie more animated than usual, or it seems to me at least LOL
I'm sure everyone has seen all the fancams, so I won't go into a lot of descriptions on the MCs xP but hearing hyde say "Kami L'Arc~en~Ciel"...it made my heart stop for a moment...and I thought OMG... this dream....hearing him and of course the other members speak Indonesian... them actually being here! I just felt so touched...of course hyde trying to be sexy by repeating the "Aku juga" in a sexy raspy voice actually made me laugh xD it was just adorable ^^
A funny thing I remember was during REVELATION when it was just starting and we were yelling the standard "WHOY" and hyde actually sat down in front of yukkie xP I would have thought he would be standing trying to get us to be louder, but no, he sat xP and then he pointed the mic at us with a loose grip and moving his wrists lazily still sitting and mouthing the "WHOY" with us but doing it with this weird look on his face, rolling his eyes at us. I dunno how to explain it!! xD it was hilarious! I was LMAO watching him. Of course once the song got underway he was his usual self xP
Another special moment, I don't remember which song *headdesks* when Leader had his left foot up on one of those big boxes, but he was crouching..so his left leg was especially bent. He was wearing off white like I said...and I can kinda see the outline of his thigh xD it looked particularly odd because I haven't seen that move before xD. I saw he actually sat on one of the big boxes during the SG live, but this time it was something different xD
Another thing I noticed was ken-chan during a particular song, don't remember which *again*, but he was standing at the edge of the stage, a little bit to the center and he was playing his guitar as usual, but every time he had a break in between playing he would look to our side o.O it repeated like that for almost all of the song @.@ I mean seriously, when he played he would look down and forward, but then when there was a little break he would lift his head and look in our direction and flashed us weird expressions on his face. I was bewildered. I even said out loud "what the hell is going on with ken-chan?" no one answered me though xD
I should point out here that I got separated somehow from my sister. I was actually in front, possibly 5th row and I had no idea how I got there. It was like the people in front of me just vanished. Two of my shorter friends that was right in front of me was still in front of me but to the side a little and we were all closer o.O Maybe all the dancing and jumping kinda pushed us forward. I also noticed that a big guy was behind me. Didn't turn around to see him, but I heard his voice from behind and above me xP I dunno maybe I was unintentionally pushed by him?
The stage darkened for Hitomi no Juunin and I remembered it was ken-chan that sat down first followed by hyde and his lady hat xD and tetsuya. I heard guys behind me saying excitedly "Sell my Soul!!" when they saw that they were sitting LOL if only...hahahaha! no can do guys, it's Hitomi no Juunin. Well they were far from disappointed because they instantly sang with hyde again xD I noticed how Leader mouthed the lyrics with hyde <3 I love when he does that.. see his lips move... ok... xD ken-chan was moving extra-ly *LOL I'm making my own word* during this song, considering it's a slow song and at the end he duck faced in our direction xP I grinned. ok ken... hahahaha. Leader had his bass standing on his thigh at the end of the song and kept it there, and they all stayed put until they heard the intro for XXX. Then they all got up and I saw Leader trade his ESP with the red LED lights flashing, with his ZON...with the red LED lights flashing xP
I always love X X X live and this time it was English version, just like CHASE :3..uh...singing the lyrics with hyde kinda got me horny...ok well maybe not really but it just felt weird xD hyde of course didn't disappoint us and had his sexy moves on to the max like usual :3 oh yes and of course I have to mention the pose he held at the end of the song where he was facing the side but his head was turned to us and he had the hand facing us on his hips xP and of course he had his duck face on sexily xP
ken-chan guitar screamed for fate and I screamed with it xP OMG I got to hear it 3 times this year!! My fave live song! Of course once again ken-chan had my full attention. Not just for this song, but for a lot of other songs in the setlist, there are always ken-chan improvs here and there during his solos, and even in other parts of a song. I noticed that not just ken-chan, but they all added a little bit of something to the arrangements of the songs usually played so that it's a little bit different. Examples of this is STAY AWAY and Link. Those that watched fancams would know I guess if they payed attention ^^ I had no doubt in my mind that this live would be on a DVD due to these little changes, and of course all the cameras xD
Forbidden lover...OMG where to start... for one thing the stage looked wonderful during this song! Fire behind yukkie!! xD and hyde... I know everyone already knows that he cried during this song, and cried he did @.@ he actually scared me. I remember looking hard for tears in his eyes in Bangkok, but I didn't need to here. He was all teary eyed even in the beginning of the song, and halfway through the song tears were free flowing down his face. He covered his eyes with his gloved hands longer than usual I thought and it just looked like he was in turmoil or something I dunno... T.T It was... emotional. Right after the song he turned to go backstage and oddly Leader followed him. I think they were there for a long time, during ken-chan solo for MHDAD.
Now ken-chan solo just blew me away!! It was wonderful and the blue hue of the lighting on him made it extra dramatic! When normally fans would sing along to the 'yume wo egaku yo~" only, not in Jakarta xP hyde's part, backing vocals, all of it was sung together with the fan xP it was nice actually ^^ During 'yume wo egaku yo' they showed the fans singing on the giant screen and I tried to spot myself and failed xP but it was such a nice sentiment :3
ken MC... OMG DO I REALLY NEED TO SAY HOW ADORABLE IT ALL WAS???? xD I noticed he had two bags with him...although I could be wrong, and since he was all the way over there I couldn't see what was written but I noticed a big box sticking out of one bag xD His Indonesian was so cute!! And some of the things he said I kinda had to think twice or three times to understand xP I don't blame him at all because they weren't everyday words xD I mean..."ganjalan" and "gamelan"??? hahahaha!
The best part of the MC for me was when he had already given the bags to hyde and hyde was trying to open it to our chants of "open it! open it!" and of course ken didn't understand xD and then he said the contents and then moved closer to hyde again. I JUST KNEW that the next things to happen would be ultra-adorable xP and it was!! I loved the part when hyde took out the gameran in the wrong way and ken-chan saw and yelled "AHHHH!!" and the metal pieces of the instruments fell xP I can actually hear the 'tring tring' sound of the pieces as it fell xP of course because of this we had extra adorable stuff to see with extra time for the MC xD.
And hyde kinda pouting and flicking the suling when he failed at blowing it xP SO CUTE!!! I noticed Leader moving closer to us in front of me with his bass hanging on him and a cute smile on his face as he was watching his guitarist and singer doing adorable stuff xP I wasn't the only one and some of us called him ^^v He turned to us and smiled and then faced back to center stage to watch again LOL. My eyes moved to yukkie for a few seconds and he also had this small smile on his face as well xD Guess he couldn't take the adorableness too xP And then I focused back to center stage as well and saw that ken and hyde had stood up again and ken moved to his mic and promised us he would make hyde practice the suling and gamelan xP Can't wait to hear it xD. He stumbled on a few words again, which I LOVE!! It's a MUST for ken MC xD I like how he "ah, chigau" and "are~~" xP
Driver's High was another unforgettable song in this live for me xD I saw ken-chan run past me xP and hyde moving towards ken's side stage...and few seconds later Leader followed him xD While hyde headed straight for it, Leader kinda did it in steps...xD he ended up between the side stage and the stage and I saw hyde head back towards the stage and pass Leader from behind. I think...he was expecting hyde to approach him and when hyde didn't he turned around to find where he went. hyde saw that and finally put his elbow on Leader's shoulder from the other side xP It was too cute honestly xD
They sang together of course and since they were far away from me I turned to the screen nearest me ^^ and noticed ken-chan was rocking out in front of the screen! :3 It was then that I noticed the shiny patches on his pants xP ken-chan loves sparkly stuff too LOL Again I was forced to choose between genki ken-chan and haitsu xD but I finally just looked to the screen where I can see both LOL. hyde actually patted Leader on the head before leaving him to pay a visit to the other side of the stage :3 He ended up to the left of me a little bit and when the "mou kazoeru kurai de~" part came up he pointed the mic to the fans!!! OMG! my brain flashed back to seeing hyde do this on USTREAM and remember feeling really envious of the fans there, but there we were with that same opportunity!! hyde even let us sing the "kakedashite" part too with him stamping his feet to yukkie drums xP ahh...felt wonderful LOL
STAY AWAY was also extra special. Leader was right in front of me during his banana play, and I felt he was really close. I think it was during this song that his exposed chest caught my attention..xP It was glistening with sweat...and just really really soft looking...*need to stop this...xD* Also special because the guy fans actually started going "WHOY!" again during the first guitar part of the song xD definitely something different there xD Lots of Leader arm motioning in this one too, he wants us LOUD for this song and he went crazy on his bass *O* Of course honestly though, he didn't need to try too hard to rile us up, because this song is so popular here and so much fun live! :3
I remember I got really breathless during this song due to all the singing and clapping and jumping, I was so thirsty, but they didn't let us rest because RSG came on right after! Extra breathless with surprise when fireworks shot up into the sky! It looked great! and then I saw Leader approaching the edge of the stage in front of me through the smoke...and yeah...it didn't help catch my breath xD ok so I was breathless but that didn't stop me from yelling and singing along anyway LOL Couldn't miss that chance, whatever happens next. And hyde's "Jekardah!!" in his raspy male voice was just EPIC xD
LONG yukkie drum solo followed and we were doing the HEY! again with his drumming when suddenly we switched with "yukkie!!! yukkie!!" I saw him smile his special smile hearing that! aww!! >.< We continued with the yukkie chanting even though he switched drumming patterns and tried to keep following him, and maybe he felt sorry for us? so he slowed down his drumming to accompany OUR chanting! xD it was too cool!! well at least I think that was what he was trying to do xD He ended the drum solo by standing up and staring us down for a few milliseconds, then he turned around and went back stage.
The encore started with yells of "water!!" from a lot of the guys. I guess I wasn't the only one dehydrated @.@ I looked to the crew standing in front and realized I can actually see the fence in front of me! wait a minute! I counted heads and realized I was in row 3 xD Looked back to my sister and our friend gave me the thumbs up sign and said "wow, great job" LOL All I could do was shrug at her and said I had no idea how I ended up there xD No wonder Leader looked so close @.@
The screens started showing the STAY AWAY robots doing the wave and we tried to follow it with yells of "wooooo!!"...since I was in front I don't know if the waves succeeded or not. After awhile the screens remained dark. And singing started up to the right of me. Anata. We all tried to follow it and sang the "mune ni~" part, but after awhile we realized we weren't singing in sync LOL. We were filmed anyway and so we kept going.
A slight drizzle started to fall during our singing, and I lifted my VIP towel to my head so my glasses wouldn't get wet. I couldn't resist looking up to the sky to see if the rain would get any bigger and was awed how the rain looked so beautiful. The lyrics showed up on the screen with piano accompaniment and we finally were able to sing together LOL. Like Bangkok they shone the spotlight above the fans. Unlike Bangkok, the stage wasn't fully dark and I could see the boys already standing there listening to us sing. I saw that Leader and hyde had changed, with Leader wearing a shirt with the same color as the previous outfit with the buttons unbuttoned to his chest xP. hyde also changed to a white lacy shirt. I think ken and yukkie had the same thing on.
And then the song really started and we still sang along waving our lightsticks in the rain. I wonder what the boys thought about that... I wonder if they thought of Ajinomoto like I did :3. Anata in the rain was beautiful, and the disco ball spinning reflecting light accentuated the beauty. The screens showed blue light moving towards the disco ball like it was actually pulling the blue light into it...and by the end of the song, the screen turned all white...and the disco ball seemed like it was part of the white screen...it was truly truly beautiful...
The rain ceased to fall after Anata, and a familiar drum pattern started to play and we all went crazy!! The Fourth Avenue Cafe!! L'Arc really did their research for Jakarta xD This song is probably the answer to the question "which song introduced you to Laruku?" when asked to L'Arc fans in Indonesia. Rurouni Kenshin is crazily popular here. Of course we all started jumping and singing along with hyde. We must sound so happy singing it, because hyde pointed the mic to us again to sing without him xP.
One epic thing that happened that I am sure would never happen anywhere else was when hyde walked to the side stage on my side and saw 2 local crew trying to fix something about the screen there. hyde had this mischievous smile on his face and he put his arm on one of the crew xP WTH did that guy dream the night before to be touched by hyde?!!! Ehem...and I am sure he doesn't even know how lucky he was xD
It was also during this song that once again I found Leader right in front of me, towering over me and he looked SO CLOSE O.O I waved my mukimpo gun at him in that moment and he actually looked down at it and grinned in that way he does... My heart skipped a beat and I heard my sister yell "he saw it!!!" ok so I didn't imagine it hahahaha. My tiredness evaporated right there and there and I was on cloud L' at that moment ^^v.
Link didn't bring me down to earth xD It made me jumpy and happy LOL. And an extra prize for me, as hyde was heading towards the side stage near me, I managed to see his left nipple xP I think it was during this song LOL I was probably late spotting it as everyone else probably already had, but I saw it so there xP
Link stopped in a weird way for Leader MC, I noticed right away. One of the changes they did. But I had my eyes on Leader as he picked up his banana basket and took one out. "Seramat Maram!!!" KYAAAA!!! xD "Gua SUJU dari KOREA!" BOOOOO!!!! hahahaha! "OOPS!!" *messed up the left side of his hair with a cute expression on his face* I died of cuteness overload xD "Maaf gua salah!!!" *Sorry I was wrong* "Suaranya mara???" o.O???? "Suaranya mara???" o.O...*brain clicked...Suaranya mana....I think he read the letter wrong, 'n' not 'r' xD but it was too cute!!! xD
"Apakah kamu mau pisang gua????" "Apakah kamu mau pisang gua???" MAU!!!!!!!!!! xD I felt it was weird that they didn't include 'makan' or 'eat' but oh well xD "atau...." "Apakah kamu mau jilat lollipop gua????" SQUEEEEE!! Mau dua2nya!!!! *I want both xP* Of course he threw both way over my head >.>
His slip on the word "diteruskan" was just so funny and cute I practically died another cute overload death xD He managed to say it the first time, but failed for the second and third try and then just gave up xP. He smiled this really wide smile and nodded his head mouthing 'OK' too us that were still laughing LOL. I saw him look at yukkie and mouth "one, two, three" and they started up Link again ^^
I knew the live was coming to an end and after Link the stage lights dimmed. To my surprise the people around me started chanting "Blurry Eyes! Blurry Eyes!" I joined in anyway hoping for an extra song xD I had Ibara no Namida on AYR Disc 2 on my mind and knew it was possible so why not now. I think I saw hyde looking at Leader and ken-chan actually started to play some notes from the guitar. Not sure if it was Blurry Eyes or not, but sadly they didn't continue, and eventually the chanting died down. Aww... later I realized it wouldn't be possible..not that particular song anyway, because they needed a backing song track accompaniment to be able to play it. Oh well.
hyde mic in hand thanked us in Indonesian, and asked if we were happy ^^ his "Aku juga" was really cute this time LOL "kami datang ke Indonesia lagi!" the venue exploded xD YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! "ini lagu terakhir.." NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xD
and Niji started, and I got choked up. Oddly I didn't cry at all during this live. I felt choked up a couple of times, but no tears. Now I can say I wasn't totally sure I was actually there...actually at a L'Arc concert in my own country.. it was like a dream for me, it didn't seem real...it all flew by so fast...and we got such a great live it was so hard to believe!!! Of course we sang this last song together with hyde too.
And when it was time for the feathers to fall...it came late...xD and the feathers that reached the stage were just parts of feathers... o.O not whole feathers. I found it weird and I think hyde did too, because he was looking for it too hahahaha! So only the people to the side got feathers, I dunno how that could be xD The song ended and I saw yukkie head backstage. Usually ken was next to go backstage and I searched for him and saw him bend down and hand a pick to someone in the audience! LUCKY!! whoever he/she is ^^ Leader threw a pick too if I'm not mistaken and then head backstage and hand his bass to a crew waiting. ken was gone and only hyde was left. He blew kisses again and thanked us again and said they will be back, again. Heart flutters for me and I desperately hope they will. Then he waved to us and headed backstage as well.
A few seconds later Leader ran out and threw bananas everywhere EXCEPT near where I was T.T he sprayed a lot with his sparkly mukimpo gun and..the last spray was in my direction and I felt a drop of it on my face!! KYAAAA!! a drop is still mukimpo holy water! LOL *me dork I know*
He saved the last banana for center stage and made a big show of taking a few steps backwards. Of course we couldn't stay quiet and again chanting started. "tetsuya! tetsuya!" The chanting started just as he was gonna throw the banana but he kept the banana a little longer xD he grinned at us, and took a few steps backward again, and finally hurled the banana far.
He then reached his mic stand and said thank you to us :3 he then looked down at his cheat sheet xD and said "sampai ketemu ama gua lagi!!" then "matta ne!!!!" of course I yelled it back at him with what was left of my voice xD As he turned back to go backstage I heard whistles from different parts of the venue and knew it was the cue to start singing BLESS. But my mind was a total blank and I forgot where to start. Luckily I heard some people sing it and I started singing with them from "kimi e to, yume wa ima~" we actually got to sing it although I don't think it caught on to every part of the venue. But I know most of us in front joined in, and I saw the camera recording us! And that was when I realized I had ended up in second row by the end of the live xP We repeated the verse several times and then it died down and people really started to leave the venue.
I went to my sister and she was in tears. And somehow that made me in tears. So I cried after the live when it was over. It turned out though that she was crying from pain, because her back hurt. She had been having problems with her back and standing for a long time really took it's toll. She actually lied down near the VIP fence to straighten her back and a friend of hers gave her a back massage. When she was feeling better we took photos again in front of the stage. And then security told us to leave and so we did. But we managed to say goodbye to Oji-san before we went.
Once outside the VIP section, we separated, I went to get our goods from @anndoesu's car while I told her to stay near the gates with her friends and rest. Was greeted with a sea of people leaving too. So it took awhile to get to her car, but when we got there we realized she wasn't there yet xP ok... hahahaha. So we all sat down and fangirled in front of her car xP We were really loud I guess. But we were all ecstatic! I congratulated my friends on their first live :3 and @anndoesu still didn't come xP My sister actually reached us first, saying that her friends had to leave. So we fangirled some more and finally we see her head our way xP And again we fangirled hahahaha! With everyone we saw, we repeated the discussion xD
But it was getting really late and we decided to walk to catch a taxi. Got home about 12.30 and then changed clothes and fangirled some more! My aunt was still up, surprisingly, and ended up surprising my sister when she came out with a chocolate cake with her name on it!! It was her birthday! May 3rd. And she got the best present, L'Arc :3 We sang her happy birthday and she cut the cake ^^ considering we didn't eat much before the concert, the cake tasted heavenly! xP and then my aunt left us to fangirl again xD We discussed EVERYTHING, what each of us saw and compared stories! Sharing a L'Ive felt absolutely GREAT! It was like we were reliving the live again. We ended up going to bed at 4 AM. Tired but very very happy ^^

What can I say? This has been such a wonderful year. From May 2011 to May 2012, I felt that I reached full circle. We went to Japan to see them, and they came to our country and we saw them here. Everything is so perfect. Dreams came true this year. I was able to share the whole experience with my sister, and that feels really great too.
I know after this World Tour, they will go back to solo. So I, like everyone else will not know when exactly we will see them again. I hope I do get the chance to see them again in the near future, and if not, then I will make L'25 a goal. I hope I can go with my sister again and maybe even the friends I spent these last few days with too... it would be awesome ^^
Lets all have more L'Dreams to achieve in the future. I know I will always love them.
