Should get my tens machine tomorrow, and the new pump for the exercise ball, and possibly the Bill Bailey DVD I ordered from Play.com :)

Grandad gave me a cheque for £200 yesterday to get a new car seat which is great, so I'm going to pick that up today.

Was meaning to post last week - turns out I'm anaemic so I'm on iron tablets which seem to be helping with the crazy breathlessness. Also got carpal tunnel syndrome just in this last stage of pregnancy - I've got fluid retention in my wrists which is pushing on the nerves so I've got bad pins and needles and keep waking up in the morning with "the ( Read more... )

I've had to make a big list of stuff to do to keep myself sane lol. Just doing the washing and sorting out the car insurance for the lovely Mazda 6 estate now sat on my driveway. So I'm sat here crying...Our washing machine broke a couple of weeks ago so we had to buy a new one at £250. Steve's car has just failed it's MOT, costing £490. My car needs new brakes, costing £200. The immersion heater is broken too...we can get by for now but it needs fixing ( Read more... )

Oh dear. The washing machine didn't seem very happy (i.e. wouldn't actually work) so we called the washerman out. He had a look this morning and diagnosed that the poor washing machine is brain dead - the main board in it is dead.
