1. I exercised all last week. Go me.
2. The shuttle launch was awesome.
3. I changed my last name unofficially on Facebook.
4. I discovered an herbal tincture that controls a lot of my general anxiety that clutters around my chest.
5. I discovered a lot of art and crochet blogs to follow on Tumblr.

Five Great Things About Last Week

1. I started my new job. It’s awesome and pays much better than Target.
2. I’ve moved down to one physical therapy appointment a week. One more step towards being discharged.
3. Got a new washer. Yay for washing clothes when I want to. It even
   has a hand washing option, in addition to being a huge walloping washer.

91. Try ten new beers.

I got to try Shock Top Belgian White and Shock Top Raspberry Wheat. I
will count them as one because they’re just the same brand with a
different flavour. The Belgian White is a bit bitter and not the kind of
mild smooth taste I’m used to from wheat ales. I know beer is bitter
but this is sharp and tangy in a not good way. ( Read more... )

61. Maintain a zero inbox.

I have started the beginnings of this. Both inboxes are organized down to
6-10 emails.  The idea is to keep it this way, largely because getting
it down to so few emails, usually requires an elaborate set of filters
and labeling.

101 Goals for 1001 Days

1. Attend a comic art program. Preferably The Center for Comic Studies.
2. Paint an accent wall in my bedroom.
3. Finish a 30 day drawing challenge.
4. Complete a comic issue.
5. Sell a painting.

So Nexium( the half of the Vimovo prescription I am taking that is not naproxen) is what is causing the weight gain/water retention. Ew. Considering it's not helping that much, I think I'll discontinue it. I don't mind some weight gain, but it's just spiraling out of control in a weird way. No more, thank you ( Read more... )
