Television Shows
Over the past 2 months I've been catching up on some great shows that I have been hearing a lot about but never have gotten around to watching them until now. And they include:
MAD MEN, TRUE BLOOD, and DEXTER
Mad Men-
I had no idea what to expect from this show because I never knew what it was about. I just knew it was set in the 1960's. But after watching the first 3 seasons and catching up on the current season which ends this Sunday, I must say I was surprised by how interesting and intriguing it really is. The characters are so unique and complex. Specifically the protagonist, Don Draper. If you haven't watched this show definitely try and get caught up before season 5 which will air next year.
True Blood-
I kind of guessed this would be another vamp love story, but I was surprised by how different this show is actually from that. There's so much more going on. Its very suspenseful. The characters are a lot tougher than I thought they would be. And for the first time, I'm actually torn between who I ship. I'm not sure if I like Sookie with Bill or Eric. I probably won't be able to decided until season 4.
Dexter-
I am currently on season 2. I still have a lot more episodes to go but so far I am really enjoying this show! It's pure genius. I never thought I could love a serial killer. LOL Dexter is a very interesting character. I highly recommend watching this show. You won't regret it.
