What are the names of the clients that let you use AIM, ICQ, Yahoo whatever simultaneuously. And what are you recommendations?

GAIM is good; meebo.com is also workable, and it's browser based.

Another vote for Gaim. The current release version is 1.5, but the 2.0 beta is also worth a peek.

I use Trillian and have for years. Easy interface and very configurable. Http://www.trillian.cc There's a free version but it is worth the $20 to ugrade to pro if you want some extra options.
