You know you're a seiyuu nut when......

A character dies on screen

and you yell out

"SAKUPYON---!!! D8"

and

you still don't know what the character's name is. >.>

<.<

AND

You're convinced he had a one-liner as a robot as well. >.<

Yes it did!!!!!! I was watching a movie DVD, and actually did go "SAKUPYON---!" complete with hand stretched out towards TV screen!!! -.-"
To be fair, I got the DVD because of the seiyuu in the film. xD But once again, the main characters were played by non-seiyuu. *evil glare*
But yes, that made me realise how much of a nut I was. xD xD Hahaha!

LMAO! Priceless moment!
It makes you wonder why they don't use seiyuu to voice the main character in the movie, doesn't it? Most movie just use actual actor/actresses to do the voice.

Western movie/cartoon also use actual actor and actresses to voice the lead characters. Although I think VA in general kinda sucks, I don't think that's the reason.

Btw, have you listened to the drama CD of DOGS: Bullets and Carnage? There's this one moment where Sakupyon growled out a "Fuck off!" and it was so HOT! o(>///<)o The weird accent didn't turn me off at all!

Kusuri-uri!!!!! xD xD ♥

Yeah.... There was a 'Making-Of' special on the DVD too, and the lead actress had to be rather heavily coached by the director, from the one scene they showed of her doing the dubbing. I was waiting and waiting for the entire documentary for Sakupyon to be featured, but he never was. *sob* Haha. But there was Morimori, Paku-san, Kakki, Otuka Akio and Kuroda Takaya. xD

I think they use screen actors/actresses because they're still more well known than seiyuu. >.< And I guess they hope to draw more viewers with those names. Ah well ( ... )
