Yet another shred of innocence was shed last night when I turned on the TV. I KNOW I shouldn't do that sort of thing, it never ends well. Anyway, I saw my Yoga instructor, who I have always thought was really cool, on a dating show. hey, this is Laura from high school. How have you been for the past 5 years? I can't believe you have a TV now- you've changed so much!

Hi Laura! I've been ok for the past 5 years. I only sorta have a TV now. It actually belongs to my roomate, and we only have the 7 mysteriously free cable stations that we don't pay for (I think they belong to the downstairs appartment, 'cause we used to have a lot more and lost them when the poeple moved). I haven't changed that much though. I watch it too much and if my current roomate moves out I'm going to make the next roomate keep the TV in their room. The glowing box has too much power, and I fear it. Especially now that we don't get Scifi channel.

Well I'm glad to hear that you're still amazed/freaked out by TVs. I also get cable stations that we don't pay for.
