I slacked on the workouts, but diet was consistent.  Gotta keep consistent on the workouts.  Did get abit more walking/dancing in this week, and I think that helped.

I'm doing it. It's work, but what can ya do? I gotta get myself prepped for whenever I'm released from this current commitment. Hiding in this body never will make me happy.

PS I forgot how much an hour of consecutive 'disco dancin' (Paul Lynde voice) can really kick your ass. I just read an article on why I should avoid alcohol if I'm going to use dancing as cardio as it inhibits fat burn.

Besides, at my age, I don't need liquid courage for a near empty dance floor. I also picked up Just Dance for Wii and I have to get that all together as well.
