An unconstitutional fix (that won't work anyway)

Democrats can save their policy (ObamaCare) or their party...but not both; that's according to Jim Geraghty. Now this was before yesterday's Obama press conference. Already, Washington state will ignore the president's likely unconstitutional fix...which is only for one year. Here are two Volokh posts noting the fix is unconstitutional. Hot Air

The Dems have nothing to fear nationally though, as the Republicans go along their merry way insulting or ignoring vast swaths of the public on women (50% of pop), hispanics (15%?), blacks (15%?), GLBT (10%) where they are willing to lose badly. Yes the ACA implementation problems are causing problems, but those demographics may not have the ACA as their first concern.
