Richard Epstein's approach: no Obamacare. No single payer. No changes to the health care system (since he doesn't propose any). Screw everyone with preexisting conditions or without access to healthcare that won't bankrupt them. Go to the emergency room when it gets bad enough, losers.

The obsession of the right with killing Obamacare without proposing something to replace it is morally repugnant.

How about this...ditch the policy which will be throwing another 50-100 million people off insurance and then we agree to bipartisan talks on how to fix the healthcare system. BTW thats the exact same track taken by Democrats on immigration. Legalize first, then we can talk about defending the border.
