Well, let's see: The State Department signed off on the consulate not having adequate protection. I guess that's meaningless. Hillary Clinton, you know, then Secretary of State, had the State Department spokesperson lie about the cause of the attack ("It was caused by a You Tube video"); etc.

I think you may want to rethink your response.

Or not. "Had the State Department spokeperson lie". Sure, sure. Or maybe there were a number of riots across the middle east, including the embassy in Cairo, so initial intelligence indicated that this was also a similar situation that escalated.

Still no scandal. We're 17 months in, after numerous house and senate sessions of bloviating and still there is no scandal. Was it a tragedy? Absolutely. Was it preventable? Of course. Was it a scandal? No more than every other terrorist attack in the last 30 years.

In the basic understanding it may be right that communism as a society system is way better to fight climate change. But, it doesn't break down to "Democracy", it breaks down to which economical system "Democracy" affords itself. An economy where each corporation regards another as a threat to his own profits and where corporations only work together to maximize them, makes a collective goal very unlikely to be accomplished.
