PJ O'Rourke filed an amicus curiea brief with the US Supreme Court on Susan B Anthony List v. Driehaus It makes hilarious reading. Here's page 4 (note that numbers within the text from 6-9 are footnotes):

Not all of those "truthies" are created equally. Some are demonstrably true or false such as Obama born in Kenya, percent of Americans who pay no (income) tax, 1% of Americans have 99 percent of the world's wealth. Whereas others are not provable - why Republicans oppose immigration reform, Obama's communist tendancies, etc.
