I honestly can’t tell you where the last two months have gone! Time is passing incredibly quickly right now and I’ve spent most of it dealing with herniated disc issues. Had my third epidural (and last for a while) to moderate success - it definitely helped but didn’t solve the issue - looking into chiropractic now

I hope the chiro helps you. The last thing you'd want is surgery, in my case, it was inevitable though.

I hear ya about the shyness and painkillers. I've always had issues with the former, but needing the latter (and lots of them) made me crawl under a rock in a heartbeat. I have a feeling that once you've conquered the pain, you'll be more of a "life of the party" afterward than ever. :)

Thanks. Everyone I talk to says that surgery *should* be the very last resort. I agree.
Not sure I'd recognize myself as the life of the party - but if it meant being past the pain, I'd welcome it! :)
