A really simple Coloring Tutorial.
We're going to go from:

Using PSP7. Although it can be used in other programs easily.

01 Duplicate the base and set it to SCREEN 100%
02 Duplicate the base again and set it to SOFT LIGHT 100%
03 Merge layers and sharpen once
04 Add a new layer and fill with #51C4FF and set to BURN 60%
05 Add a new layer and fill with #FFDC51 and set to MULTIPLY 36%
06 Add a new layer and fill with #FF399B and set to OVERLAY 25%
07 Duplicate the base, move it to the top and set it to SOFT LIGHT 100%
08 Merge layers and add text and brushes if you wish :)
