I gave my students an assignment today, and I think that people reading this should do the same. Hug your parents today. Or if you have kids, hug them. Or both. And if your parents aren't nearby, give them a call, and let them know just how much you love them. Because when someone goes, that's it. Chance is up

heya sweetie, I just got back in town and read your past few lj entries, and I just wanted to express my condolences. I am so, so sorry, and I wish I could have been there to give you a hug this past Sunday. I understand what you’re going though, and I want you to know I'm here for you. I send many hugs and positive energy your way.

Awww, thanks Sam! I probably would have cried. Everytime someone hugged me, I just started to bawl. I don't think I've ever cried at the fellowship before, but I just barely kept myself together. By the end of the session, just about everyone had cried, even the boys. Mich and her mother were both there, and they hugged each other and cried too. It was like, the most emotional YRUU ever. Awkward, but you know, when tragedy hits a small town like ours, everyone seems affected and clings together.

Its true, but it just goes to show how strong of a community we all are.
