Does anyone else find it ironic that as we face the effects from under-supervised/under-regulated speculation and investments vehicles we are about to elect one of the Keating 5 president? He is rising in the polls every day.
I WAS TELLING SOMEONE THIS LAST WEEK. You'd think congress might have learned something from S&L deregulation. Hmmmm, 100% finacing, sure ! No down payment ? Sure 100% financing,no money down,fees included in Mortgage payments ?????? Sure....
