Really. I made paella for the first time (I find the fact that I never made paella before quite amazing in itself), and I had a horde of guests who consumed it quite rapidly and with much gusto

Amazing! I was just thinking the other day about how great it would be if Vinny made paella! You must have been reading my mind, eh?

I think gazpacho as an appetizer followed by paella would have been too much of a great thing .. but that's just me.
