Yea, that really is hard to come down on side there. It's the fear that you have the right to free speech, but at the same time where is the line. Can you draw the line while avoiding a hard ruling for or against the things being said. It is one thing to prevent hate speech but at one point are you actively controlling what the person is THINKING?
this is pretty similar to the bong hits for jesus issue legally; the real question is how far does freedom of speach extend to in school. Unfortunately these people are portraying a message that I and many others completely disagree with, but who are we to say that the bong hits kid can speak and the anti-gay kids can't?
