Computer's back working again. Looks like somehow my pc freaked and flipped things around to try to boot from a USB device or something. I set everything to normal, then ran the oodles of new windows updates (probably the culprit).. I rebooted ok and I think I'm back to normal. Thanks Dan for the advice :) :)
