Have to get you working on the cardio -- again go at your own pace. 4 is 15 miles and can be really quick since you are starting out. Slow it down and work on doing distance not speed or time (would say try to walk at least 1 mile on the machine and either build up to 2 miles or decrease the time you do it in). Again do it at your own pace and don't over do it.
Oh the muscle soreness will hit you tomorrow (usually 2 days for it to set in). Guess that means Terry is going to have to provide massages sinc eyou are working out :)
