Live comment from Raz as we played table tennis at work today. I said "what?!?" but it was just a reference to me being a bit skinny (and fiendish) on the table. It's funny how you forget the things you loved. I hadn't played table tennis for 25 years before last week. Heh...I suck at ping-pong, but I kick ass at stupid karate videogames. Just a horrible innate talent:)

Make those students cry and cry and cry, won't cha? I'll be over here, waving a little flag and yelling, "Goooooooo Richard! Woooo!"

Got wupped :) 21-14 and 21-10 (well he started doing this infernal spinny serve that took me a while to work out). Wasn't expecting to win my games anyway. It was fun though - it took 45 mins! for us to organise there arses to actually start playing, rather than arguing about who was going to play: then my my opponent took a call on his mobile while we were warming up - (and....er, managed to keep the ball on the table better than me :)).

Buying a bat for my Yule present to myself - don't think to be honest that I'll ever be as good as them again (they're *sooo* fast), but if you can't be fast, be tricky - that's what I say.
