Locked Against Everyone
*Ashley takes out a journal hidden in her sock drawer and flops down on her newly-made bed. She opens to a fresh page and begins to write.*
I've finally moved back in with Robin at the house we're renting. It took a lot of work, but everything's back in place like it was the last time I lived here. I'm looking forward to getting back into the school routine, actually. Life was pretty good before I was kidnapped.
I haven't talked to Claire since we fought. I should apologize to her soon. I guess I've been avoiding it because I'm still angry that she gets Leon. It's not fair, damnit!
*Sighing, she closes the cover of the journal and sets her pen down on top of it. Her thoughts continue where her writing left off.*
'But I did go overboard. Way overboard. They knew each other first, and he chose her over me. There is nothing I can do to change that, and I should be happy that they are happy.'
*She gets up slowly and returns the journal to its hiding place, then heads downstairs to make herself a snack.*
