Name: Jason Bourne
Fandom or Original Character: Fandom, Bourne Movie Series
Age: 39
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Appearance: Jason is a tall, broad man. He stands 5’10” and works out, not only doing basic weight lifting but also running and calisthenics. He’s well-muscled, but the muscles aren’t for vanity. It’s obvious just looking at him that he knows how to defend himself and can use those muscles for work. He has more than a few scars including two bullet wounds to his shoulder and a few scars from stitches. There is a faint, pale band on his ring finger from where he used to where his wedding ring.
His eyes are blue and always looking around for danger. He isn’t terribly expressive, mostly looking serious or down right dower. It’s even rarer to see him crack a smile. He keeps his brown hair trimmed short and rarely has any sort of facial hair. In generally he wears jeans and long sleeved shirts. Most of the time he carries a knife on him or a gun.
Personality: Jason is a pretty screwed up guy. He was the subject of a CIA experiment that included mental programming and brain washing. For a long time he was a cold, unfeeling CIA assassin. On a mission he was shot and nearly drowned. When he woke up, Jason had no memory. Ever since then he’s been trying to regain his memories and become his own man.
In generally, he’s a closed off man. He’s cautious around strangers and only gives his trust when they’ve proven to not be a threat. He doesn’t have much of a sense of humor and what he does have is sarcastic. His is serious and highly paranoid. He can kill and not feel a bit of remorse about it, especially when he’s protecting himself or another person. He does have a large protective streak, especially towards people he puts in danger. When he puts his mind to something he gets it done no matter what stands in his way.
Likes: Solitude, quiet, being ignored, blending in and being left alone. He also enjoys Indian food, high places and working with his hands.
Dislikes: Being the center of attention, large crowds, the government, talking about his past. He doesn’t like violence but he’s perfectly capable of it.
Unique Characteristics: CIA trained assassin. He can kill you with a napkin.
Biography: Jason was born David Webb in Nixon Missouri, making him a good ol’ Southern boy. He was raised Roman Catholic and that’s about all that’s known about his childhood. Presumably he went through the usual middle America life before he joined the Army. In the Army he rose to the rank of Captain before he heard about a project that needed volunteers. The project was known as Operation Treadstone and he had no idea what he was getting into. Behavioral modification made him into Jason Bourne, a deadly CIA assassin but it also made him unstable.
While on a mission, something went wrong. Jason Bourne failed. When he came to, he had no memory of his previous life but the government remembered him and knew that he carried secrets that could tear down not only operation Treadstone but Operation Blackbriar too. They tried to hunt him down but Jason fought back.
During the CIA’s first attempt he met a girl named Marie and she got dragged into his life on the run. Somehow in all the chaos and the killing the two became very close and fell in love. While hiding, Jason married her and they lived a few years together until the CIA killed her. Jason went out for revenge to shut down Treadstone and Blackbriair which took him a few years but he finally managed it.
After that, Jason just disappeared. He reappeared as John in Boulder, Colorado where one of his chicken eggs turned out to be a fire lizard egg. Out hatched a brown he’s named Dali and who usually stays with his sort of girlfriend, Lily, while John works construction.
Arrival Post:
If it was summer, he would’ve walked. He didn’t mind a long walk when they weather was fine. He didn’t mind a long run even in freezing weather if he needed to but tonight it was five degrees Fahrenheit and dropping quickly. He drove to Lily’s, picked up Dali and then drove home. He didn’t like driving at night. The headaches still happened, but Boulder was a small place and there were very few headlights to make the pain behind his head worse.
Then Dali went nuts.
“Hey, hey, calm down!” Jason wasn’t used to this behavior from his dragon. The brown was usually calm and relaxed. Now he was whipping around the cab of the truck, screeching. He was a good driver, but he had to pull over before he crashed into something trying to protect himself from his now insane dragon.
When the car stopped, Dali leapt onto his shoulder, wrapped himself around his neck and then… nothing. There was black, there was cold and nothing. He couldn’t see, couldn’t hear, he couldn’t even feel the weight of Dali around his shoulders. He knew the dragon was there but he couldn’t feel him. Jason went still and waited.
The black and the cold disappeared as suddenly as it had appeared. He took a quick assessment of things, he was lying down, he was no in his truck and Dali was still there. When he saw something person shaped move out of the corner of his eye, he reacted fast and furious, launching himself at the other body.
He took the man down, twisting his arm behind his back and pressed him hard to the floor, “Who are you? Who sent you? Where am I?”
“Ah! By the first egg! You’re at the Weyr, the Weyrleader sent me to help you get settled her! I’m Z’lan and you better let go before Evreth gets here!”
