It really isn’t nice to pull a girl from her bed in her own world, to chase through a city for jewel shards, without the courtesy of at least asking her first.

It would also be better to not tell someone “Please do not panic”, when they find themselves somewhere else, in some other time, on some other world. Because the first thing that will jump ( Read more... )

I'll give them this, though: they at least know how to do it without making the whole town panic.

Definitely. I'd give more encouraging advice, like, "oh, don't worry, this won't be long," but I've heard of people being here for a whole year.

I agree, that message certainly does come poorly phrased and poorly timed.

I'd rather have whatever information is available and an explaination upfront rather than a vague and meaningless piece of advice.

You sound somewhat familiar. Like a friend of mine, but older perhaps.
