A Week In The Life
Characters: Roxas, Open
Setting: The Street of Haven
Time: Usually in the late afternoon, early evening
Summary: Over the course of a week, Roxas goes darting out to shard hunt and acquaint himself with Haven
Warnings: As usual, expect Days/KH2 spoilers if Xion shows up. Please note in the subject if you want to avoid any spoilers or if you'd like a shadow creature encounter.
It was about settling into routines by now. With each passing day; Roxas was becoming more and more used to people calling him by the name Lucen, the antics of his friends, his brother and his family. By now he'd started working on striking a balance between everything that would let him maintain his alter-ego's life while still giving him a chance to strike out and search for the ever-mysterious shards.
So during the weekdays, he'd go to school. When that let out, he'd spend an hour or two hanging out with his friends if they were up to it -the homework load wasn't so bad and the teachers didn't assign it every night. So during the afternoons when he was free, he'd tell his family that he'd be going out to any of the dozen or so spots that he'd learned Lucen liked to haunt. Though in truth he'd be walking about the town in plain clothes, getting a feel for the city and checking his phone for any nearby shards. On those days, he'd take the evening off from his hunt to enjoy this family life and do his homework. Compared to how he was used to things being, the general warmth and closeness that this kind of life offered actually made him feel really good. Well, at least good when he wasn't thinking that this wasn't his life and that he'd want to get his own like it as soon as he could.
Conversely, on days where he'd either study in the afternoon or spend until the evening with his friends and family, he would dart out at night. Dressed in that black robe that was virtually identical to his old Organization garb, he would stick to the shadows and rooftops as he sought out anything out of the ordinary to investigate.
[OOC: So Roxas has struck a balance between work, play and serious business. Just note what time of day and where in Haven that you would like to encounter him. I'm thinking that each thread will happen on a different day during the week unless requested otherwise. So all that said and done, let's rock this.]
